Let us introduce ourselves.  We are Andy and Suzanne Hadwen and together, we own and manage rental accommodation in Selly Oak.

We were both students at the University of Birmingham, and ourselves lived in Selly Oak whilst we were studying.  We know therefore, how important it is to, not only find the right house, but also the right landlord.

For your peace of mind, we are experienced and accredited landlords.  We are also members of the National Residential Landlords Association, the Midland Landlord Accreditation Scheme and MyDeposits.  We always respond quickly to any problems that may occur and ensure that all our accommodation meets current legal requirements and is of a high standard.

We also have good relationships with reliable local tradesmen.  This means if Andy can’t sort out a problem for you, we know someone who can!
